The layout

Faros is a seaside restaurant in south Crete. As a family business with more than fifty years counting, aims to continue the tradition with a fresh new rebranding.

“Faros” in Greek means lighthouse, so the shape and context of lighthouses was studied and defined the final logo proposals.

The brand shape, the imagery and the color palette of the brand was inspired from the location, the environment, and the menu of the restaurant. As it placed at the water’s edge and serves mainly fresh fish, the inspiration for the brand character was images that depict these moments.
